Parks water is terrible! It has turned my daughters beautiful blonde hair orange/brown. Letters are continually coming in the mail about testing being mishandled and bacteria being found. We pay for this service...is there anything that can be done???

Horrible water. Shouldn't have to pay for usage especially since I receive a quarterly letter stating our wster is not safe for consumption.
I wish I could give less than one star. I'm always getting letters about things being mishandled. Moreover, I KNOW for a fact they don't come and read my meter. Are they guessing at what I owe or are they compiling one big bill and splitting it between everyone??? My water is so harsh my hair is ruined and brittle, it feels like I just stepped out of a pool it's so full of chlorine.
